Hi friends! Thanks so much for stopping by to learn more about my story. I’m an LA native with a huge passion for health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. My other day job is a recruiter at a large corporation, where I help people land the jobs of their dreams! More relevant to you stopping by here, I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine. With these two specialties, I am able to help my clients live fuller, healthier, and happier lives. I am also personally always working on healing my body with real food and a whole-foods based lifestyle. Why healing? I’m managing an autoimmune thyroid disease (called Hashimoto’s) through diet and lifestyle upgrades. Check out my before and after below!
